A solution which I only recently figured out, is to squeeze the toilet paper roll enough to smash the inner cardboard tube out of round and then mount it on the holder. It&#039;s more difficult for an adult to pull off what they need, but surely if it&#039;s hard for an adult, it should discourage a toddler entirely!]]></description>
