This year detox (love the phrase) took a little more than a week. Way too much stimulation for the wee one.

I totally agree with detoxing kids after anything out of the norm. And it usually does take about the same amount of time! I like that way of explaining it.

Oh, how I hope not…I wouldn’t wish an almost-5-year-old incapable of staying dry through the night on my worst enemy! I gnash my teeth every time I have to go buy diapers for the child who is about to start kindergarten.

However, I should say that (knock on wood) he’s been very good about toileting lately.

I like your takes! How funny about the potty-training. We have potty-trained three girls and it has always gone smoothly….I wonder if I’ll get my “due” with Dominic!
